Today, we were surprised by the donation of a young patron. Natalia Baltazar, a Glen Cove Elementary School first-grader, donated a model of the library. 
Her class assignment was to produce a model of a public space. Since she loves to read and visit the library, she chose the Irving Schwartz Branch Library. Our manager, Martha, happily accepted the donation and placed the model in an area where everyone can admire her work. Take a look at the pictures! This talented young girl, with the help of her mother, did a great job. Thank you, Natalia!
