Contest Rules:
* Participants must be between the ages of 12 and 18.
* All entries must be original photography.
* Limit of one photograph entry per person.
* Submit entries to Schwartz@elpasotexas.gov and include your name, email or phone number and the title of your photo.
* Photograph must be submitted via email as a .jpg file.
* By entering contest, you are granting the library permission to use your photograph to display.
